Steven Fripp
Owner/Manager
Steven Fripp brings a lifetime of farming expertise and hands-on experience to his role as Owner and Manager of Coffs Harbour Produce. Growing up on a farm in Peats Ridge, north of Sydney, Steven gained firsthand knowledge working with chickens, stone fruit, cattle, kiwifruit, citrus, and vegetables. His journey continued with a successful decade running his own earthmoving business, handling everything from farm projects to roadwork contracts.
Seventeen years ago, Steven and his wife, Felice, purchased Coffs Harbour Produce, where his wealth of self-taught knowledge and practical skills have been pivotal in shaping the business. His passion for agriculture and commitment to delivering quality products and service ensure that Coffs Harbour Produce meets the needs of its diverse customer base.
When he’s not managing the store, Steven enjoys camping, 4WDing, and woodturning, hobbies that reflect his love for the outdoors and craftsmanship. Steven’s approachable and knowledgeable nature makes him a valued resource for customers and an integral part of the Coffs Harbour Produce team.
Felice Janvrin-Fripp
Owner Operator
With over 17 years of experience at the helm of Coffs Harbour Produce, Felice Janvrin-Fripp brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role as Owner Operator. Felice’s impressive career spans accounting, operations, and customer service, with prior experience managing accounts and operations for Valley Rural Supplies and Fripp Earthmoving. A TAFE-certified bookkeeper, Felice began her professional journey at the age of 15 as a trainee at an accounting firm, gaining invaluable corporate services experience that she continues to apply in her day-to-day work.
Felice is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, overseeing a knowledgeable team, and maintaining a wide range of products. She takes pride in Coffs Harbour Produce’s drive-through convenience, which ensures customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Outside of work, Felice enjoys camping, water skiing, and diamond dotting art, as well as exploring on push-bike adventures with her partner, Steven—always with a promise of lunch at a café. Family time is at the heart of her life, reflecting the community-focused values of Coffs Harbour Produce.
